Limits on Transient Funds:

A manager, supervisor, or program specialist must approve all Transient Fund issuances, as funding allows.

Any issuances of $100 or more must be approved by a supervisor or manager in eREP. The approval must be narrated.

Transient funds are limited to $600. A manager can grant an exception to this limit. The approval must be narrated.

All vehicle repairs require a minimum of two estimates, imaged to the case, when the total is over $300.

A supervisor or manager must narrate to justify an exception when only one estimate is needed or available.
