What to Do When a Hearing Decision Is Received
A hearing decision is binding on both the state and local offices. The eligibility office must comply within ten days.
The Eligibility Services Supervisor must review the case within 30 days to make sure the action has been taken.
The Department of Workforce Services will consider corrective action if a decision indicates a statewide problem.
