Policy Effective: April 1, 2004

If a customer placed on a Department of Workforce Services (DWS) Worksite Learning (WSL) worksite is given access to confidential information, the customer must safeguard that information. Although the customer may have access to additional information, the customer must only access that information for which they have express permission from Department personnel.

If a customer accesses information without permission or fails to keep all information confidential, it will result in immediate termination from the DWS Worksite Learning worksite. Customers cannot call a fair hearing on termination from the worksite.
