Additional Responsibilities for Financial Assistance Customers

Attend FEP Orientation within 30 days of the application period before Financial benefits are authorized. Orientation is an eligibility requirement.

Comply with the Substance Abuse Determination Process.

Participate in assessment including identifying goals and possible barriers to accomplishing those goals.

Develop an employment plan including exploring strategies for overcoming barriers and participating in the determination of what level of participation is appropriate.

Participate in agreed upon activities, making progress toward goals and evaluate your progress.
