Availability of Policy Manual

The program policy manual for all programs are available for examination or review upon request at each local office. The manuals are available on the Department's website. If an interested party cannot obtain a copy from the website, a copy will be provided by the Department upon request. Reasonable costs of copying may be assessed if more than 10 pages are requested.

For SNAP, copies of additional information available to the public, including records, regulations, plans, policy memos, and procedures, are available for examination upon request by members of the public, during office hours, at the Department's administrative offices.
