VA Health Care System

UPP recipients who become eligible to enroll in the VA Health Care System at any time during the certification period must initiate the process to enroll and may remain on UPP only until their enrollment in the VA Health Care System becomes effective. If the recipient does not initiate the VA Health Care system enrollment process, close the UPP program.
