Records of hearing requests are kept by the agency that conducted the hearing. The agency also keeps records about the content of the hearing and the hearing decision. The records are safeguarded according to the rules specified in sections 111 and 113 .
The public may request and view summaries of hearing decisions which do not identify specific applicants and recipients. The agency will make summaries available upon request.
