Transportation Tickets for Domestic Travel

Do not count the value of transportation tickets for domestic travel if the tickets are not exchanged for cash. Domestic travel includes travel that both begins and ends in any of the following: the 50 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
