No Previous Policy

The eligibility agency must safeguard or restrict access to any information on specific enrollees. It does not matter whether this information is kept in the case record, in the computer system or somewhere else. It can be shared only as described in Sections 111-1 and 111-3 . Any employee who fails to safeguard information is subject to both civil and criminal penalties.
