RESTRAINT AND SECLUSION

A person providing services to a resident of a general residential operation, including a state-operated facility that is a residential treatment center or a general residential operation serving children with intellectual disabilities, shall comply with Chapter 322 , Health and Safety Code, and the rules adopted under that chapter.
