Code 041 (TP03, 14) — Use this code if the applicant suffered a loss of or reduction in income during the six months preceding application from some source other than those specified in Codes 028 or 038. Examples of such income are RSDI; an allowance, pension, or other payment connected with military service; unemployment benefits; workmen's compensation; and rental income. Do not include the loss of any income that was based on need. Computer-printed reason to applicant: "Income available to you is less."
