Excess Assets

Code 072 — Use this code if an application is denied because of excess resources, or active case is denied because of receipt of or increase in resources during the preceding six months. Examples are cash, savings bonds, inheritance of money or property, and increase in income from investments or real property. Computer-printed reason to applicant or recipient: "Resources available to you from other property meets needs that can be recognized by this agency."
