Code 060 – Earnings of Applicant or Recipient — Use this code if an application is denied because of applicant's earnings from employment, or active case is denied because of a material change in income as a result of recipient's employment or increased earnings. The change in earnings must have occurred during the preceding six months. Earnings may be from self-employment, seasonal employment, increased employment, or higher wages. Computer-printed reason to applicant or recipient: "Your employment earnings meet needs that can be recognized by this agency." Code 061 – Earnings of Spouse — Use this code if an applicant is denied because of earnings of his or her spouse, or active case is denied because of a material change in income as a result of employment or increased earnings of spouse.
