Staff must also ensure that:

TANF applicants read and understand the rights and responsibilities of the child support program explained on Explanation of Child Support Eligibility Requirements Family Violence and God Cause FAQS (PDF) ;

TANF applicants read and understand Form H2580, TANF Employment Services Notice , and receive a copy of the form; and

TANF applicants read, understand and sign Form H1073, Personal Responsibility Agreement .
