The Lead Agency is awaiting the outcome of this review. 02/28/2025 2 The Lead Agency may establish group sizes for the 5 and above age groups or submit an amendment to its State Plan detailing requirements that assure the health, safety, and well-being of school-age children without proscribed group size limitations.
