IPV Intentional Program Violation Live-in Attendants An individual who resides with a household to provide medical, housekeeping, child-care, or other similar personal services. Non-Household Members An individual(s) residing within a household that is not considered a household member when determining eligibility and allotment amount for SNAP. Roomers An individual to whom a household furnishes lodging, but not meals, for compensation.
