RDA: SW22 Page 4 of 5 Definitions/Acronyms Term Definition Adverse Action Period The ten (10) calendar day period that begins the date the closure notice is mailed. If the tenth (10th) day falls on a weekend or holiday, the adverse action period is extended to the following business day.
