10.4 Benefits Received in Another State: This section has been added to provide procedures for counting benefits received in another state. Also, information previously in section 10.4 Special Time Limit Situations has been added to section 10.1.

10.5 Verification of TANF Benefits from Another State: This section has been included in section 10.4 Benefits Received in Another State.

10.6 (4) Reapplication Due to Time Limit Exceptions (Domestic/Family Violence Waiver Criteria): Entry “B” has been updated to specify that the ES Workflow Unit determines if there is sufficient evidence to grant good cause for domestic/family violence.

11.1(1) Benefit Issuance (Required Demographic Information for Electronic Payments): This section has been updated to change the vendor from XEROX to Conduent.

11.3 (2) Protective Payee (Review of Protective Payment Cases): This section has been rewritten for clarity.

11.3(10) Protective Payee (Procedures for Assigning Protective Payees): This section has been updated to change county director to ES Worker’s Supervisor.

12.5 Non-Custodial Parent Requirements: This section has been rewritten for clarity.

Chapter 21, Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA): This chapter has been updated to change the RCA time limit from eight to four months throughout.

9.7(1) Reporting Changes (Collect Calls to Report Changes): This section has been removed. Subsequent sections have been renumbered.

10.1(1) Federal Requirement (Time Limit Types): This section has been removed.
