In addition, payment information received through CHIP and CHIP Interface is also considered verified upon receipt (e.g. TANF and PACSS). Veteran A person who served in the active military, naval, or air service, and who was discharged or released therefrom under conditions other than dishonorable. Work Registrant A SNAP recipient who is non-exempted from SNAP Work Requirements and is subject to disqualification from SNAP participation due to failure to comply without good cause with the requirements. Work Registration (WR) An eligibility requirement for all SNAP household members who are not exempt from the federally regulated work requirements. Registration is completed when the registration is recorded on the CHIP Employment Programs (EMPR) screen.
