Less than Half-Time Care (LHT): Less than fifteen (15) hours of child care services provided during a week. No registration fee is allowed for this care-type. This care-type only applies to Welfare Reform participants (FI, TCC1, TCC2, TCC/24, and TCC/FS) receiving subsidized child care and can be used in conjunction with a full or half-time connection and may be used alone. It cannot be used in conjunction with F/T or H/T to pay the same provider.
