SEVENTH AMENDMENT

This amendment increases the income eligibility for CHIP from 200% of the FPL to 300% of the FPL. It adds federal reimbursement for coverage for children whose families have income greater than 200% FPL, but no greater than 300% FPL and allows for premiums and co-payments for the expanded population. This amendment also includes a period of uninsurance of six months for children over the age of two in households with income greater than 200% FPL.
