123.1 General Policy

To be eligible for benefits, individual must verify that they are a current resident of Pennsylvania. The individual can have more than one residence address.

Exception: Under some conditions, nonresidents may receive temporary Cash Assistance. See Section 123.9.

NOTE : A victim of domestic violence may receive mail at an alternate address, such as the CAO address or at a legal substitute mailing address from the Address Confidentiality Program (ACP). See Chapter 108.102 1 .
