Participation in a strike will not affect eligibility for GA providing all other eligibility factors are met.

55 Pa. Code §141.61(a)(xii)

Exception: An individual is ineligible for General Assistance if he meets eligibility conditions for TANF but is ineligible solely because of participation in a strike.
