If benefits were discontinued before the renewal date, a new application form is not required if the person reapplies within 60 days from the date of closing for reasons unrelated to income or resources. (See "At Application" above.)

Review all eligibility factors, and update or complete a new Agreement of Mutual Responsibility (AMR) as necessary.

Authorize benefits from the date eligibility is established.
