In the latter months of internship, each trainee is supported in the refinement and submission of their resume to prospective employers, and also encouraged to meet with a college counselor, complete an application for student aid, and explore educational opportunities. Clinical coaching support dedicated to the improvement of stress management further enhances each graduate's confidence, and disposition as they transition into the workplace and/or higher education.
