890 Chapter 5:Temporary Assistance for Domestic Violence Survivors (TA-DVS) Program • Section 4: Individual information (07/2026) • DND – Do Not Disclose:
DND is for safety purposes only and not for individuals who, for reasons other than safety, simply do not want to provide an address.
DND will only be used for cases with a safety concern, including but not limited to domestic violence and trafficking. ODHS will code the Address Line 1 with DND and the city and ZIP code of current residence; the safe mailing address will continue to be the address where they want their mail delivered.
Below are the reasons ODHS would code DND: » The abuser is an employee of ODHS, or » The abuser is a community partner or contractor and has access to DHR, ACCESS, MMIS, ONE or TRACS, or » The abuser is in the EDG and has access to case information, or » The survivor believes the abuser may have gained, or be able to gain, access to case information in ODHS systems. • ACP – Address Confidentiality Program:
ACP is only used for individuals who participate in ACP. Participants will have an ACP ID card issued to them, with the ACP PO Box and their recipient number.
In ONE, choose ‘Yes’ to “Participating in Address Confidentiality Program” and input the ACP number shown on the card.
Best practice is to view the ACP card or confirm the number with the participant to ensure accuracy of the ACP number. Whenever possible, view the card when adding an ACP address, and case note the card was viewed.
We can email or call to verify ACP enrollment at acp@doj.oregon.gov or via phone at 503-373-1323. This is also helpful if the survivor does not know their participant number.
Important: Delivery of mail to ACP addresses takes additional time. While the ONE system ensures enough time is given when notices are generated, if mailing notices outside the system, allow an additional 5 business days (see OAR 461-175-0050 and OAR 461-175-0206).
