Service TOA’s include MSERV, NMAGISERV and LTCSERV. This QRG is geared towards eligibility workers new to LTC services and ONE. Coordination with APD and AAA case managers is necessary to begin services for an individual because the service assessment is not done in ONE. This QRG references when and how that coordination should occur and how eligibility is determined across the multiple systems.
