Oregon EIC for ITIN filers

If you can't claim the federal EITC only because you, your spouse, or your dependent(s) don't have a Social Security number (SSN) that is valid for work, may claim the Oregon EIC using an individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN) or an SSN that isn't valid for work.
