2 State Plan Renewal This state plan was developed in accordance with Section 402 of the Social Security Act, as amended by the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996, specifies the contents of the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) State Plan. This plan was developed in accordance with those requirements and is effective beginning December 1, 2023. Oklahoma submits this state plan to renew its status as an eligible state.
