(b) Records and reports. In order to prepare adequate notification and plans as required by section 387.10 of this Title, each social services district must:
(1)maintain an inventory of food stamp recipients specifying the current work registrant status and the status as able bodied adults without dependents (ABAWD) of such recipients in accordance with the criteria contained in section 387.3 of th#
