INPUT CUT-OFF DATES FOR MONTHLY BENEFITS Monthly and daily benefits are generated from information entered into the system. 1. MONTHLY Benefits are issued once a month for ongoing recipients. The computer cutoff dates for inputting information to reflect on the monthly checks and reports are shown on the following chart. Monthly Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) and Direct Deposit benefits are available on the first day of the benefit month. DAILY Benefits for new approvals are issued daily in AMPS. All versions must be posted by 6:00 p.m. For instances not requiring adverse action, EBT benefits for the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and/or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) can be terminated any time the “Status” field on NOMADS BSEL screen shows a status of “PENDING”. Once the status is changed to “ISSUED” benefits cannot be reduced or terminated.
