642 NNRC TO NEEDY RELATIVE CAREGIVER When a NNRC requests to become a needy relative caregiver, deny the request for months already issued as NNRC as the children for whom the caregiver is applying were previously determined eligible and received assistance under NNRC. Needy relative caregiver assistance would be effective with months not already issued under NNRC.
