● Maintains communication by notifying the case manager of any problems or changes affecting program participation and ● Accepts a bona fide offer of employment To demonstrate NEON compliance, a TANF-NEON participant must establish a pattern of both attending and actively participating in interviews, workshops, meetings and activities as identified in their Personal Responsibility Plan (PRP).

Any work-eligible individual who reports an inability to conduct work activities due to a permanent disability will be required to provide proof and SSI application has been filed as an element of their PRP within 30 days of PRP establishment.
