1214 TIMELY ACTION ON HEARING DECISION Once the hearing decision has been rendered, and the action is in favor of the household, EAP staff has thirty (30) days to take the action directed by the hearing officer. 1215 APPEAL OF HEARING DECISION It is the Hearing Officer’s responsibility to inform the claimant of their right to judicial review if the Hearing Officer finds in favor of the agency.
