Providers may request special consideration from the Child Care Agency Manager via the Child Care staff to have a penalty waived. The special consideration must be in writing (email requests are acceptable via ccdp@dwss.nv.gov ) and include the circumstances which warrant the special consideration. A written decision will be issued to the provider and the contracting agency. The Chief’s decision is final and cannot be appealed.
