October 20, 2025 Nevada Medicaid Web Announcement 3748 Recipient Eligibility Expanded for Postpartum Care Services In Web Announcement 3654, providers were notified that recipient eligibility for pregnant women had expanded to an income standard of 200 percent above the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). This expanded income standard also applies to the recipient eligibility for the 12 months of postpartum care services following the birth. Effective July 1, 2025, the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) has been updated to incorporate new aid code CH4G. This aid code mirrors the CHG aid code but reflects the expanded recipient eligibility for postpartum care services.
