State Plan NM FY26 - Amendment 1 Page of 2 99 AMENDMENT LOG In accordance with 7 CFR 273.7(c)(8), State agencies must submit plan revisions to the appropriate FNS Regional office for approval if it plans to make a change. For a complete list of situations requiring an Amendment to the E&T State plan, see Plan Modifications in the E&T State Plan Handbook. The State agency must submit the proposed changes for approval at least 30 days prior to the planned implementation. Please use the log to document the submission of an amended plan. A single line in the log should capture each time a plan is amended and resubmitted, not each individual amendment change throughout the plan. To expedite the review process for amendment changes, please describe sections where text has been added or changed.
