Universal Child Care Brief

ECECD analyzed data cited by the Legislative Finance Committee in its 2025 Early Childhood Accountability Report and December 9 child care brief. The analysis confirmed that child care supply and workforce are growing, especially for infants and toddlers, enrollment increases are sustainable, and quality of care continues to improve, consistent with the history of the child care assistance program.
