2. What reimbursement rates does the state pay for Child Care Assistance?

Effective as of November 1, 2025, ECECD increased reimbursement rates for every type of provider at each level of quality. These rates were developed from a cost estimation model created in collaboration with fiscal experts and local stakeholders to set rates at a level that supports the true cost of high-quality care and increased costs of living.
