4. Guarantee privacy and confidentiality to WFNJ TANF/GA applicants/recipients that are referred to the designated victim service provider agency in accordance with New Jersey law, N.J.S.A. 2A:84A-22.13 of the Criminal Justice Code, "Victim-Counselor Privilege" protection.
