§ 10:90-9.7 Responsibilities of the Office of Administrative Law upon transmittal of a contested case from DFD

(a) The Office of Administrative Law shall schedule the hearing and shall send any necessary notices to the parties. (b) The hearing shall be conducted by an ALJ who shall issue an initial decision.
