§ 10:90-5.8 Medicaid Special

(a) An individual under the age of 21, whether or not he or she would qualify as a dependent child and whether or not he or she lives with his or her parents, may be eligible for Medicaid Special coverage. Income eligibility is established in accordance with N.J.A.C. 10:69-4.2. (b) For college students, eligibility is established in accordance with N.J.A.C. 10:69-4.3. History
