As a result of anticipated changes, the household's allotment for the application month may differ from its allotment in subsequent months. The CSSA must establish a certification period for the longest possible period in accordance with N.J.A.C. 10:87-6.20, over which changes in the household's circumstances can be reasonably anticipated.
