10:87-3.4 Recording applicant's address

The county social service agency shall be responsible for recording the applicant's correct address, or location where the applicant may be contacted, in the case record. Confidentiality for persons participating in the Address Confidentiality Program shall be maintained in accordance with N.J.A.C. 10:87-1.14. The CSSA shall not require an otherwise eligible household to reside in a permanent dwelling or have a fixed mailing address as a condition of eligibility.
