Except in cases of permanent disqualification, if an application for participation in the NJ SNAP program is filed in the final month of the mandatory disqualification period, the CSSA shall use the same application for the denial of benefits in the remaining month of disqualification as well as for the certification for any subsequent month(s), if all other eligibility criteria are met.
