10:15-6.8 Responsibilities of the parent/applicant

(a) Each parent/applicant shall provide all documentation required to verify eligibility for subsidized child care. (b) Each parent/applicant shall report to the child care agency within 10 working days all changes in circumstances regarding eligibility and/or need for child care services.
