10:15-6.16 Administrative review

(a) The parent shall have the right to request an administrative review upon notice of any denial, termination, reduction, or suspension of service. (b) When service is terminated due to late or non-payment of a co-payment, the parent of a child who is the recipient of child care services funded by the DFD retains the right to request an administrative review. (c) If a timely request (within 10 days) is made, services are not continued and may be reduced, suspended or terminated until an administrative review is held, and a final determination is made.
