10:15-1.6 Confidential nature of information and disclosure

(a) Information about parents/applicants for child care service programs shall be used and disclosed by the CCR&R only for the purposes directly connected with the administration of child care service programs and as otherwise permitted or required by law. (b) The DHS, the CCR&R and contracted centers shall request information that is required: 1. To determine and/or verify eligibility for child care services as required by this chapter; and 2.
