(c) Any difference of opinion between worker and supervisor shall be resolved by a conference, and, if necessary, the issue shall be referred to a higher administrative level for disposition. (d) All records of application shall be approved in writing by the supervisor following review, either by signature or initialed transcript signature. History HISTORY: Amended by R.2000 d.415, effective October 16, 2000. See: 32 N.J.R. 2565(a), 32 N.J.R. 3844(a). In (a), substituted "eligibility worker" for "IM worker". Annotations Notes Chapter Notes Case Notes Personnel in the title of Human Services Specialist 2 (HSS2) were not entitled to reclassification of their titles to Human Services Specialist 3 (HSS3). While they did process assigned cases with more discretion and judgment than an HSS1, they did not review the work of lower-level staff for quality control purposes, did not assist supervisory personnel in the operation of their duties, and did not have access to their own records nor assign final dispositions in the worker portal, which duties were essential to the HSS3 title.
