OTHER PAYMENTS § 10:71-7.5 Payment of burial and funeral expenses The county social services agency is directed, under certain situations, to provide payments for burial and funeral expenses on behalf of Supplemental Security Income and adult "Medicaid Only" beneficiaries, as well as former Old Age Assistance, Disability Assistance and Assistance for the Blind beneficiaries.
